In the beginning, there was ramp. And in the end, there were massive dragons
True to its name, Dragoncraft is all about playing big dragons and overwhelming the opponent. In order to do this, Dragon relies on a concept called "ramp", basically a way of increasing your maximum play points faster than your opponent can. In order to accomplish this, Dragon runs cards like Dragon Sign and Liu Feng to accelerate their pace of pp gain. Once they reach 7 max pp, they enter a state known as overflow, where many Dragoncraft followers gain bonus effects. But more importantly, they gain access to big dragons like Genesis Dragon, that can attack the enemy leader for 12 damage just by itself, or Twilight Dragon, which can fully clear the opponent's board just by itself!
The featured decklist controls the early game pace with cards like Strike of the Dragonewt and Searing Firenewt, before utilising mid-game cards like Draconic Berserker and Calamity Breath to clear the enemy board and bridge towards the late game. As a Dragon player, you should try to ramp early when possible with Dragon Sign and Liu Feng, noting that these also leave you vulnerable to early game aggression. By the time you reach high maximum play points, you will usually also be at a relatively lower health total. You must balance between developing your board and avoiding your opponent's attempts at killing you outright. In other words, you must stabilise the position so that you can either heal up, defend yourself via wards, or simply drop the opponent's life to an equally precarious position. As the Dragon player, you have the benefit of inevitability on your side. Genesis Dragon super evolved can do 12 damage by itself, so your opponent always has to be weary once they're at 12hp.
The deck is ultimately quite flexible and can even include powerhouses like the Ruler of Cocytus, which is an alternate win condition that has a card that literally drops the opponent's life down to 1. A deck that's perfect for beginners to start with, as the early game is often rather straightforward and it's easy to identify opportunities to win the game. Give it a try and see if you enjoy the deck's playstyle!
